We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and remove any User Content or suspend access to the Service for violations of this policy.
Our Ownership. The Service, its original content, features, functionality, and the FlexQR branding are and will remain the exclusive property of Ziekha Enterprise and its licensors.
Your Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Your Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the content and destination of the QR codes you create.
Service "As Is." The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Third-Party Links & Content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or resources linked to by your QR codes. The use of any such linked content is at your own risk.
QR Code Functionality. We do not warrant that QR codes will function permanently or as intended. Factors outside our control (link rot, website takedowns, scanner compatibility) may affect functionality.
User Content Accuracy. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information encoded within or accessed via User-generated QR codes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ziekha Enterprise (FlexQR) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under EU consumer protection laws. We are liable for damages resulting from our intent or gross negligence.
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our liability for a breach is limited to re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
